- Available for orders over $50
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
Note: Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location. We currently ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote areas.

Our Garden-Friendly Returns & Exchanges
Just as plants sometimes need replanting, we understand that sometimes products need returning. Our process is designed to be as straightforward as planting a seedling.
Return Policy Details
- Return window: 15 days from receipt of your order
- Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging with all included parts
- Return shipping: Customer responsibility unless due to our error
Non-Returnable Items
To protect all our gardening customers, we cannot accept returns of:
- Grow Light Bulbs (special handling requirements)
- Opened bags of Edgings & Mulches (hygiene reasons)
- Personalized or custom-made items (including engraved garden stakes)

Damaged or Incorrect Items
